OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Location: Upper Midwest

Preferred candidates would have hands-on, technical and/or sales experience in the drilling industry. In addition, the candidate must be professional, self-motivated, team oriented, and possess the ability to simultaneously manage daily responsibilities and a growing customer base.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop new and continue to grow customer base in the assigned Sales Region. Hole Products existing customer base and markets include Environmental, Geotechnical, Direct Push, Geothermal, HDD, Mineral Exploration, Rotary, Sonic, Construction, and Water Well. Experience in several of these fields is a must, and the ability to tackle other markets is important.
  • Educate customers and represent the Hole Products Advantage: Tooling, Consumables, Service, Expertise, and Manufacturing at the highest level
  • Travel 75%+ of the time
  • Generating Sales Quotes and Follow-Ups
  • Communicate with vendors for product information and negotiate pricing
  • Must be able to learn and become proficient on our company ERP software and E-commerce platfor
  • Represent the Hole Products Brand
