Order Shipment
Estimated delivery dates are provided via email receipt and are reviewed by a Hole Products representative. To check the status of your order online, please log in and review your current orders at www.holeproducts.com/myaccount (or call 1-800-465-1569).

Order Cancellation
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you would like to change or cancel your order, please call our Hole Products Customer Care Team at 800-465-1569 as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request if your order has not already been processed. Our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to deliver orders quickly and efficiently; therefore, it is not possible to change or cancel an order once it has been shipped.

Damaged Order
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives with damage, please call 800-465-1569 so we may assist you with a replacement order or refund. If you are present at the time of delivery, refuse the broken or damaged items with the carrier and, when applicable, note the damage on the delivery receipt.

Backorderd Items
What happens if my item is backordered?
When a product is in backorder status, an estimated delivery date is provided in the order confirmation e-mail. Your item will ship as soon as it becomes available and you will not be charged until the item ships. Items on backorder will be automatically cancelled at 60 days without customer authorization to extend the order.

Local Pick Up process
How does the Pick Up Locally process work?
You will receive a series of email messages. First, you'll get an Order Confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. Then, you'll receive a Pick Up Locally Notification when your order is ready to be picked up at your selected Hole Products location.

Timeline for Local Pick Up
How soon will my order be ready for pick up after I've ordered it online?
Most items will be ready for in-store pick up within 24 hours of the time your place your order on holeproducts.com

Hold time for Local Pick Up
Once my order is ready, how long will it be available for pickup?
Your order will remain available for a maximum of 30 days from the time you receive a Pick Up Locally Notification. Orders not claimed after that will be available based on the product type and store location. For more information please contact Online Customer Care at 1-800-465-1569.

What do I need to bring to the warehouse to pick up my order(s)?
For easy order pickup, please bring the following with you to the store:
- A government-issued photo ID
- Your order number or the Pick Up In Store Notification Email

Return Policy
What if I need to return an item(s) that I ordered?
To return any item(s), simply bring your order receipt with you to any Hole Products warehouse location. Please contact a Hole Products sales representative for a copy of our current return policy for details. Items may be subject to a restocking fee.
